Success Story of the Gomez Family
Norma and Michael Gomez have 4 daughters. Norma is Professor and Michael works in plumbing and home repair. One day, Norma decided to start a jewelry business, to help have extra income to meet the needs of the family. Norma and Michael where concerned about the ability to pay for their oldest daughters college education and also whether they could manage a business and their jobs at the same time. They decided to attend Cause of Hope Foundations Workshop on Improving Business. She shared with the family what he had learned in each lesson, making plans to improve their business. Norma says: "Before receiving the workshop, I did not know anything about business, managing a business, because there are no places where one can have training until I was invited by the Cause for Hope Foundation to receive these workshops ..." Norma and her family learned many things at the workshops including practicing the principle of "separate entities" to keep records. They were forced to take stock of their products, register and track to see what their profits. She has also learned that by becoming self-sufficiency, having increased self-esteem, they have realized the skills and have continued to developed. They are now able to have the extra income for the education of their daughters.
Now the Gomez family has savings to cover any unforeseen and revenues in their business have increased by 25% and continue to grow.
Families like the Gomez show that when you want to get ahead, you can. It takes effort and training, self-sufficiency can be achieved ...
